The Heart Behind Tinges of Hope

Tinges of Hope began with a handful of hand-painted ornaments — small gifts we made one Christmas to share with friends and family. The reactions were so heartfelt that we felt called to keep creating and to share that same joy and encouragement with others.

What started as a simple act of giving has grown into a collection of handmade art and stationery inspired by faith, stories, and the beauty of everyday moments. Each piece begins as an original painting and carries a bit of meaning, warmth, and light — reminders of God’s goodness woven through even the simplest things.

We’re Mark and Sigried Johnson, a husband-and-wife team who believe creativity can spark connection and kindness. Through our artwork, we hope to help others pause, reflect, and share hope in ways that feel genuine and deeply personal.

Because sometimes, a little color, a kind word, and a touch of faith are all it takes to remind us that light is still all around us.
